Blickle has experienced impressive growth in recent years and is now looking for a driven Area Sales Manager for the Mälardalen region. We are looking for someone who loves to do business, is results-oriented, and wants to be part of a successful team.
Are you a salesperson who can build long-term relationships while also developing new ones? Do you want a varied job with great responsibility, where you can participate in exciting projects within intralogistics and the manufacturing industry?
Blickle is one of the world's largest manufacturers of wheels and castors – we manufacture wheels and castors that carry loads from 20kg up to 150 tons per wheel. With over 30,000 products in our portfolio, there is always the right solution for our customers. Our customers come from all types of industries – from companies that need to move something to manufacturers whose products require wheels or castors.
Your Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Manager at Blickle, you will be the key player in maintaining strong relationships with the company's existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Together with Blickle's inside sales team, you will be responsible for driving your district and finding the best technical solutions for the company's customers. This involves everything from creating quotes to securing closed deals. Your district stretches through Mälardalen and further up towards Gästrikland and Dalarna – from Gävle and Mora down to Norrköping. The area includes some of Sweden's most dynamic regions, with strong growth and good business opportunities for creating long-term customer relationships. We prefer that you are based in Uppsala, Örebro, Hallsberg, Nyköping, Eskilstuna, or Västerås, where you will have a perfect base to cover the district effectively and business-driven.
Furthermore, you will play an important role in shaping customer plans and ensuring that sales and profitability per customer meet set targets. You will calculate projects and actively participate in the customer's process, and based on that, propose solutions and products.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with documented experience in technical sales, preferably towards the industry, and you therefore have a good technical understanding. Above all, we value your personal qualities:
*You build strong, long-term relationships
*You are business-minded, attentive, and can analyze the customer's needs
*You are a skilled negotiator and results-oriented salesperson
*You are structured, curious, and have a passion for doing business
*You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license.
At the beginning of your employment, you will receive a solid two-week training at our headquarters in Germany – to quickly get acquainted with Blickle's products and operations.
